Foxx Life Sciences Vactrap™ Rhino™ is the latest addition to our trusted Vactrap™ vacuum trap system lineup, now featuring a Rhino Safety Coated Glass Bottle for enhanced protection. Building on the original Vactrap™ Rhino™, which uses standard glass-coated bottles, the new Vactrap™ Rhino™ incorporates a durable, shatter-resistant Rhino coating designed to contain liquids even in the event of breakage. The ultimate vacuum trap system adhered to the strictest CDC recommendations for laboratory safety. With its new continuous full vacuum rating, it is ideal for protecting vacuum lines, pumps, and personnel when working with hazardous liquids and biohazardous materials. Vactrap™ Rhino™ safely contains waste produced during supernatant removal, chemical separation, and cell or tissue culture media aspiration. One bottle collects contaminated fluid, allowing decontaminant solutions to inactivate microorganisms, while the second bottle serves as an overflow vessel for added security. The hydrophobic inline filter protects both the vacuum system and personnel by preventing the spread of aerosols into the vacuum system and the environment. The Vactrap™ Rhino™ features PUREGRIP® Rhino bottles, which are chemically inert and highly stable making them ideal for handling harsh chemicals where plastic containers may not suffice. These bottles are paired with the patented VersaCap® systems. Features a molded adapter for a clean fit, rotating cap to prevent tube tangling, and interchangeable inserts for customizable port configurations.
