EZCellGene™ SUT MTO Bottle Assembly, 1000mL, 38-430 VersaCap®, PP, 1/16” X 3/16” EZBio® Silicone Molded Tubing, Vented w/ Diptube, Plug, Sterile

EZCellGene™ SUT MTO Bottle Assembly, 1000mL, 38-430 VersaCap®, PP, 1/16” X 3/16” EZBio® Silicone Molded Tubing, Vented w/ Diptube, Plug, Sterile

Sterile 1000mL SUT Bottle Assembly for Bioprocessing Media and Buffer Preparation

The EZCellGene™ 38-430 Bottle Assembly from Foxx Life Sciences is a single-use, preconfigured solution designed to simplify media and reagent delivery in bioprocessing and cell culture workflows. Each Assembly features VersaCap® technology with two integrated 1/16" ID hose barbs — one for vent filtration and the other configured for fluid transfer.

The assembly includes small-bore tubing (1/16" ID × 3/16" OD) that provides fine control of flow rates, reduces dead volume, and minimizes shear stress on sensitive cells. The small tubing also fits seamlessly into compact, closed-system environments.

Each bottle assembly is available with a choice of Plug, Luer lock (male or female), or MicroCNX® Connector by CPC for various process connections. All components are manufactured from USP Class VI–compliant materials and are gamma-irradiated for sterility, allowing immediate use upon opening.

The EZCellGene™ 38-430 Cap Assembly offers a clean, convenient, and reliable solution for lab and biopharma facilities seeking to reduce setup time, minimize contamination risk, and enhance consistency in single-use workflows.

  • Ready-to-use single-use cap assembly eliminates in-house setup and validation.
  • Designed for 38-430 neck bottles for secure and leak-free connections
  • Features small-bore tubing (1/16" ID × 3/16" OD) for precise flow control and low dead volume.
  • Minimizes shear stress on sensitive cells such as stem cells and cartilage-derived progenitors.
  • Made from USP Class VI–compliant materials
  • Cell culture
  • Feeding, sampling, and transfer in closed single-use systems
  • Cell and gene therapy manufacturing workflows
  • For integration into small-volume bioreactor or media bottle setups.
  • Laboratories working with sensitive cells like stem cells
