Introducing the Foxx Life Sciences New EZBio®pure Feed System, a comprehensive solution tailored for unique Bioprocessing requirements. This system combines three cutting-edge products: the Autofil® 2 Bottle Top Filtration Unit, EZBio®pure TR Media Bottles, and the EZBio®pure TR Cap Assembly, packaged together to serve as a versatile Single-Use system for Filtration, Fluid Transfer, or Storage Assembly. Each case contains 4 units, individually double-bagged for convenience.

All components within the system are Molded from USP Class VI materials and undergo Gamma Irradiation in the United States, ensuring compliance and reliability for Single-Use applications.

The Autofil® 2 Bottle Top Filtration Unit is equipped with a high-flow velocity 0.2μm PES membrane, ideal for media preparation and transfer to Fermentation Units or Bioreactors. With low protein binding and surfactant-free properties, it effectively filters substances like FBS and glycerol. Available in 250mL, 500mL, and 1000mL capacities, it boasts a 90mm surface diameter for optimal material distribution.

The EZBio®pure TR Media Bottles feature an enhanced design, including a lowered bottle height, angled shoulder for smooth pouring, and molded finger grips for improved handling. Made of Polycarbonate (PC) material, these bottles come with a GL45 neck compatible with the patented GL45 VersaCap®, offering added security and ease of handling, even with gloves. Raised graduation marks facilitate accurate media dispensing.

The EZBio®pure TR Cap Assembly, with its GL-45 design, includes two ports—one with a vent filter and the other with a Connector Fitting and Pinch Clamp. This assembly facilitates easy connection to Bioreactors using the Connector Fitting, allowing for regulated flow control via the pinch clamp.

Additionally, the "MTO" (Made to Order) Single Media Bottle Use Assemblies offer customization options, allowing customers to select components tailored to their project requirements. Options include Bottle Volume, Type and Brand of Fittings with Male and Female connectors, and Brands of TPE Tubing.
